John Holland, MBA, grew up working in the multi-generational family truss plant and has been “in the industry” for his entire career. Through the years, John has been actively involved in the Structural Building Component Association (SBCA), in particular the Technology and Emerging Leader committees. In 2016, John co-founded Paragon with his late father, Dan Holland. Paragon is a software company specializing in software for the wood truss industry. John has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Covenant College.
Paragon is thrilled to be selected as a finalist for the SBCA Innovation Grant, recognizing our cutting-edge approach to revolutionizing truss design and manufacturing. Our cloud-based software addresses the complexities of a highly technical industry, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project. Having been rigorously tested in controlled production environments for years, we are now ready to empower other shops with our solutions. As we move forward with beta testing, we are committed to gathering valuable feedback to refine our offerings and deliver the best possible tools for building component manufacturers. Join us at the SBCA’s BCMC on October 7th-11th, to see our innovation in action and help us become the People’s Choice Solution for 2024.
